The industry was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Varied/LDHKH/2022/16764595 dated 06/01/2022 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/LDHKH/2022/16764686 dated 06/01/2022, both valid upto 30/06/2022 for the manufacturing of Plywood/ Black board flush door @ 63000 Sqm/day with following special conditions:</span></p>

In case it is found so strict action under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 shall be taken.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the <span style="color: black;">Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 with requisite documents through OCMMS. The industry has earlier deposited </span>consent fee of Rs. 214560/- vide Common Receipt no. 31/5439 dated 23/09/2021 as Water consent fee and Rs. 36000/- vide Receipt no. 284513165 dated 17/02/2021 as Air <span style="color: black;">consent fee against the un-depreciated fixed assets of Rs. 1343.09</span> Lacs as on 28/06/2022 as<span style="color: black;"> per CA certificate dated 30/06/2022, which is </span>adequate <strong>upto 31/03/2026</strong> under the Water Act and <strong>30/06/2026</strong> under the Air Act as per Board's Office Order dated 29/10/201<span style="color: black;">8 </span>after deducting penalty charges 25 %.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted complete detail of increase in its fixed assets i.e. purchase of hydraulic hot press, hydraulic scissor lift, jet ventilated roller veneer dryer, civil construction service, labour charges, new roll for spreader peeling machine, pneu glue spreador, six head top bottom calibrator, accessories of machinery/misc exp, foundation expense and bank charges. There is no increase in production capacity due to increase in fixed assets.</span></p>

DD saw, 2 nos. sanding machines, 6 nos. seasoning unit to manufacture plywood and ply board. </span></p>

However, the industry has sought subject cited 'consent to operate' for production of 36,000 Sq.m/day.</span></p>

However, aforesaid clearance shall not be insisted upon by the Board at the time of grant of CTE/CTO to the industries</strong>.</span></p>
