<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">The industry had established its unit without obtaining 'consent to establish' (NOC) of PPCB and has now applied directly for obtaining Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">The industry has deposited Rs. 32900/- </span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">(including Rs. 3600/- as NOC regularization fee, Penalty of Rs. 7200/-) </span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">vide R. no. 320838564 dated 17.11.2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 28800 vide R. no. 593800239 dated 17.11.2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027, both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 73.87 lakhs on 11.11.2022. </span></p>

Darshan Lal Thekedar, for lease of land upto 06.09.2036. </span></p>
