Sir, kindly peruse the note history of RO, Patiala viz a viz documents enclosed by the Industry. As per Building plan got approved from Competent person under Factories Act vide dated 27.07.2022, the industry has constructed new buildings i.e. storage hall, working hall, two storage sheds, loading shed, staff colony, guest rooms, workers colony, etc.   As per report of RO, the industry has added machinery to the tune of Rs.1.78 Cr. It implies that the industry have added new manpower and the production capacity might have been enhanced. If approved, RO be asked to clarify the following explicitly within two days before proceeding further in the matter: a)      As to whether there is any increase in production. If not, then reason for addition of storage hall, working hall, two storage sheds, loading shed and addition of new machinery. b)      As to whether there is increase in manpower. Further, the number of workers residing /non-residing alongwith staff be mentioned. c)       As to whether STP has sufficient capacity to handle the waste water to be generated from staff colony, guest rooms, workers colony. A water balance chart be provided.
