However, it has not submitted the complete compliance to the Code of Practice for such units. The industry has not submitted the status of vehicle movement area regarding cemented / brick paved and the safe sampling arrangements. Further, it has not submitted any photograph in support of its claims made in its submission for compliance. As such, the submission of the industry is not complete / satisfactory. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Therefore, if approved, the applications of the industry for ‘CONSENT TO OPERATE’ may be refused please. </span></p>
