<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;">It is intimated that the ETP was not in operation during visit due to low level of untreated effluent in collection tank. It is further intimated that as per submission of the HCF the plantation area near mortuary was visited. The representative was failed to show any outlet of the treated effluent meeting to plantation area, moreover the plantation area has not sufficient trees in it. The representative was failed to show actual disposal point of treated effluent of ETP.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;">In view of the above, it is again recommended to refuse consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 in light of my agenda note dated 24/11/2022 please.</span></p> |
