<p>Disscuss with your good self .t<span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">he clarification has been raised to the industry on 23.11.2022, but the reply of the clarification submitted by the industry/hotel is not satisfactory and following discrepancies is as under:-</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">1.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The completion certificate of STP submitted by the industry which it is not mentioning the capacity of STP and also not submit the feasibility report STP. </p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">2.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The approved map submitted by the industry but it is not Stamp/Sign of the approved competent person of Director of Factory. </p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">3.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The application form submitted by the industry which it is not mentioning the power load/area of plantation/mode of disposal of plantation. </p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">4.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The hotel is required to made an agreement from MC Hoshiarpur to dispose of the municipal solid waste generated in premises. </p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">5.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The hotel is required to suitability of site/ CLU from concerned department.</p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">If approved, application may be returned to the industry with request to re-apply the same after removing above said observations.</p> |
