| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry is required to submit clear copy of approved building plan.
2. The industry has obtained NOC for 2 no. boiler of capacity 6 TPH each. Now, the industry has applied for 1 no. boiler of capacity 6 TPH only, whereas raw material / production capacity of the unit is same.
Therefore, it is requested to reply the above said observations within 2 days so the application of the industry may be processed further.
