| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinizing the application of the industry, it is observed as under:
1) The industry has not submitted allotment letter of the original plot holder mentioning nature of process allowed in the plot.
2) The industry has not submitted proper proof of date of commissioning so that adequacy of fee can be adjudged.
3) The authority letter issued to Mr. Harjinder singh gill given by partners is for signing of rent deed only and not for applying CTO.
You are requested to attend the above observations within 2 days. |
