| Clarification Note: |
The application of the project proponent was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The revenue report submitted by the industry is not proper.
2. The industry has not submitted drawing of APCD.
3. The industry has applied for obtaining varied CTO, as the industry has installed dryer, but the industry has not submitted report of MC authorities regarding suitability of site for installation of dryer.
Therefore, it is requested to submit reply to the above said observations within 2 days so the application may be processed further.
