<p>Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his agenda note, it is recommended as proposed by AEE that the renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to service station for a period upto 30/09/2025 subject to suitable conditions with additional condition that the service station shall apply for obtaining authorization Hazardous and Other Waste (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, immediately.</p> |
