The industry was granted CTE subject to special condition as under: 1)   The industry has not submitted building plans duly approved by the competent authority  Further on scrutinizing the application of project proponent following observations were raised on 20.11.2022 with request to reply within 3 days: 1)     The industry in the application form has applied for hotel of 7 rooms, 2 party hall and a conference hall however in the water calculations it has mentioned 24 KLD waste-water generation which is the value which the industry has proposed from hotel of 24 rooms, 2 party hall, restaurant and a conference hall. It is requested to resubmit the water calculation. 2)     The industry has not submitted building plans duly approved by the competent authority in compliance of special condition of NOC and in compliance of condition no. 3 of conversion of industrial plot granted by DTP. 3)     The industry has not submitted completion certificate of ETP installed and dimensional drawing. 4)     The industry has not mentioned proposal of in-situ management of bio-degradable solid waste generated from the hotel. 5)     The industry has not submitted NOC regularization fee of Rs 1100/- for increase in assets of Rs 10 Lacs No reply received till date from the industry. Further during visit of the industry on 24.11.2022, it was observed as under: The project proponent has installed DG set of capacity 82.5 KVA without canopy and inadequate stack height  4.      <span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The project proponent has not made arrangement for in-situ management of bio-degradable solid waste within its premises. 5.      <span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">In the kitchen the project proponent has provided ducting arrangement but with stack of inadequate height. <span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Accordingly the CTO application has been recommended for issuing SCN within an opportunity of 10 days to submit reply in writing. <span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: Cambria, 'serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Submitted please.
