<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved the consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for up to 30.09.2027 subject to suitable conditions and the additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that the industry shall not consume any fuel except HSD and LPG for burning purposes, without the prior written permission of the Board. EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board and verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
