<p>Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE.</p>
<p>It is recommended that 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for discharge of trade effluent @ 163 KLD and domestic effluent @ 26 KLD (Total 189 KLD onto land for plantation after ETP) be granted upto 30/09/2023 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted upto 30/09/2027 with suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE.</p>
