<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 52.01 lakh on 31.03.2022. In preview Consent to Operate the project proponent has submitted CA Certificate the total cost of the project is Rs. 56. 5 lakh, now the fixed assets is decreased from 56. 5 lakh to 52.01 lakh. However, no reply has been given by the industry on raising clarification.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Earlier, the industry has deposited Rs. 52,300/- (Rs. 25700/- vide UTR no. 23314392741DC dated 28.12.2020 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs.26600/- vide UTR no. 23314365751DC dated 28.12.2020 under Air Act,1981 ). The consent fees under Water Act, 1974 cannot be determined as CA Certificate submitted by the industry is not proper.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has submitted analysis report of outlet of ETP & the sample collected by Noida Testing Laboratories on 06.10.2022 and the results are as under:</span></p>

No chemicals such as lime & poly was found lying in the drums provided for dozing in the ETP. The reading of water meter provided at inlet of ETP was 555.3 KL and reading of water meter at outlet of ETP was 172.1 KL and reading of energy meter was 349 KWH. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

No record of generation & disposal of hazardous waste is maintained by the industry. The industry has signed agreement with Nimbuan for category 35.3 only. The industry has last lifted used oil @ 440 ltr to Golden Petro vide manifest no. 15734 dated 26.04.2022. The industry is disposing off empty paint container, paint filter, used oil filter to Kabarias.</span></p>
