<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has applied fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Leather shoe cutting @ 5000 No./day along with requisite documents.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 1.39 crore on 28.06.2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 51,200/- vide R no. 399594813 dated 25.11.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 58,100/- vide R no. 61509564 dated 25.11.2022 under Air Act, 1981. 2)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has not submitted proper proof of date of commissioning so that adequacy of fee can be adjudged.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted lease agreement made on 12.08.2021 between M/s Harnav Enterprises (P) Ltd and M/s Aero Club. The project proponent has submitted manufacturing process as under:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">Cutting – Prepration – Cloth Fusing – Skiving – Passing – Dispatch.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted approved building plan from competent person under Factor Act, 1948.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observations were raised on 26.11.2022 with request to submit reply within 2 days.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of above, it is recommended that show cause notice for refusal of Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 issued to the industry with an opportunity of 7 days as the industry has failed to submit reply of the clarification till date.</p>
