<p style="text-align: justify;"> Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated Consent to operate under Water Act 1974 was granted for short period up to 31/12/21 with suitable conditions and special conditions.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1) The service station shall provide an environmental data board outside the premises.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2) The workshop shall maintain the record of freshwater consumed in the process and treated wastewater discharged after ETP.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3)The workshop shall apply authorization under Hazardous Waste Management Rule 2016 within 15 days</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4) The EE RO shall revisit the workshop, monitor the ETP and check the mode of disposal, and recheck the record maintained by the workshop.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now PP has applied the renewal CTO under Water Act,1974, but RO has not monitored the ETP during the period from 2/6/21 to till date.RO has reported that the workshop has not made the compliance with the provision of the water Act,1974.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If approved SCN for refusal renewal under the Water Act,1974 may be issued to the industry with an opportunity to submit the reply within 7 days. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry as well as on the mode of disposal during the visit as washing was operation as per the report, point-wise comments on special conditions and send the report along with the recommendation.</p>
