<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">It is intimated that earlier, the consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1981 were extended upto 30/09/2023 for the production of </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">Washed Crushed Bajri @ 10000 CFT/Day Washed Sand @ 1000 CFT/Day</span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;"> by using River </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">Bed Material @ 11000 CFT/day vide online reference No. CTOW/Renewal/PKT/2019/10346232 & CTOA/Renewal/PKT/2019/10346764 dated 01/11/2019, valid upto 30/09/2023 respectively under the name & style of Vij Stone and same were revoked vide letter no. 1202 dated 02/06/2022 as the previous occupier had sold the crusher to new occupier.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under the name & style of Vij Stone Crusher for the operation of stone crusher for the production of </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">Washed Crushed Bajri @ 10000 CFT/Day Washed Sand @ 1000 CFT/Day</span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;"> by using River Bed Material @ 11000 CFT/day through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry has submitted an undertaking along with application and intimated that the industry namely M/s Vij Stone Crusher has been taken over by its new Partner Sh. Dinesh Bhai Manjibhai Bambhaniya and now they have applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and under the name & style of M/s Vij Stone Crusher. The industry has submitted copy of GST of the firm. The industry has also submitted the copy of its new partnership deed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 21,600/- vide UTR No.<br />AXSK223200025792 dated 16/11/2022 & Rs. 25,700/- vide UTR No.<br />AXSK223200025735 dated 16/11/2022 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 3600/- as NOC Regularization fee and Rs. 500/- as Form Downloading fee against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 69,52,656/- as on 31/10/2022 and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027 under both Acts.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the applications or renewal of consent cases for Orange Category units are to be processed without visiting them. In this case fresh CTOs is applied only due to change in partnership, however everything else remains the same and as such visit is not necessary at this point. Moreover, currently the crushers are not in operation due to ban on mining. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> (Agenda Note is also attached herewith).</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2027 with suitable along with special conditions :-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 21.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="line-height: 150%;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span><span style="line-height: 150%;">The stone crusher shall comply with the orders of NGT in O.A. No 57/2020 or any relevant orders of Competent Authority in related matter.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 21.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.25pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="line-height: 150%;">2.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> <span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;">The stone crusher shall maintain the plantation cover around the periphery so as to comply with the code of practice.</span></span></span></p> |
