<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The project proponent was issued show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The project proponent has submitted the reply to the SCN issued. On perusal of the reply submitted by the project proponent, it has been observed that the project proponent has not complied with all the observations / has not submitted reply to all the points alongwith the supporting documents. In light of the above, it is recommended that action proposed in the SCN may be confirmed please.</p> |
