<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Earlier the restaurant was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 in the name and style of M/s Burger King A Unit Of Burger King India Limited, B.D.A Enclave Tanda Road, Near KVM College Village Reru, Jalandhar under orange category. Now, the restaurant has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under the name and style of M/s Burger King (a Unit Of Restaurant Brands Asia Limited) B.D.A Enclave Tanda Road, Near KVM College, Village Reru, Jalandhar under green category. However, as the restaurant has changed its name, the restaurant is required to apply for fresh consents under both acts alongwith complete documents. Moreover, earlier the restaurant was granted consent to operate with one D.G set of capacity 125 KVA but now the restaurant has not filled any details in its application form w.r.t D.G set installed in its premises. The restaurants has not submitted any land documents such as Registration deed/ Jamabandi/ Rent deed/ lease deed indicating details of the property. The restaurant has not filled detail regarding domestic effluent generation and its discharge. The restaurant has not submitted report of effluent sample analyzed from Board’s Lab/Approved Lab. </span></p>
