<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent will obtain 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) for increase in the land area of around 3 acres, within one month.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent will install water meter at the source of raw water consumption to adjudge the quantity of raw water consumed and shall maintain proper record of the same, within 15 days.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The site of the colony was <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">visited by AEE of this office on 08.03.2022, where one no. effluent </span>sample was collected from the outlet of STP and as per analysis report, the concentration of BOD is 35 mg/l, COD is 112 mg/l, TSS is 34 mg/l and pH = 7.7, which indicates that various parameters are within the permissible limit as prescribed by the Board</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The colony has also granted consent to establish (NOC) of the Board vide no. CTE/Exp/BTI/2022/19423377 dated 23.09.2022 for Residential Colony to be developed in an area of 29 acres 4 kanals, which is valid upto 22.09.2023, subject to following specific conditions: -</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The built-up area of various components of the colony shall not exceed the built-up area mentioned by the project proponent. In case built-up area exceeds 1,50,000 sqm. project proponent shall be liable for action under the provisions of the Environment Protection Act, 1986.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall submit long term agreement with the owners (i.e., Sh. Sukhjinder Pal Singh and Sh. Jaspal Singh) having land area of 1 acre and 0.5 acre respectively, at the time of submission of consent to operate application.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall ensure that the entire treated wastewater is utilized for plantation/irrigation purposes and no treated/untreated wastewater shall be discharged onto land for stagnation/drain or through any other un-authorized mode under any circumstance.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall manage, treat and dispose of the solid waste generated from the project premises in accordance with the various provisions of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall ensure that no solid waste is thrown, burnt or buried in open outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic, through their Corporate Environment Responsibility (CER) activities.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Now, the colony has applied for consent to operate of the Board under the Water Act, 1974 for Residential Colony namely 'Virat Greens' at Multania Road, Bathinda in an area of 29 acres and 4 kanals, through online on OCMMS, with requisite documents.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Earlier, the colony deposited the consent fee of Rs. 90,000/- through online vide UTR/Ref no. SBIN221193078854 dated 12.07.2021 under the Water Act, 1974, against the fixed assets of Rs. 873 lacs of dated 31.03.2021, which is adequate upto 30.09.2024.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Now, the colony has deposited the consent fee of Rs. 72000/- through online vide no. SBIN322321825498 dated 17.11.2022 under the Water Act, 1974 including NOC regularization fee, against the fixed assets of Rs. 1038.42 lacs, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027.</p>

Sukhjinder Singh, Sh. Jaspal Singh, Owners of the land adjoining to the colony measuring an area about 1.5 acre, for the disposal of treated waste water from the STP for five years</span>.</p>

Moreover, the colony has 1.79 acres area as green parks inside the colony to discharge the treated effluent at full capacity.</p>
