<p style="text-align: justify;">Submitted as per above, <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">it is therefore, recommended that the 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended for four years (i.e. upto 30.09.2026.) of the plotted development of Residential/ Housing Project (i.e. Plots-155 & commercial shops @15) with suitable conditions and special condition as mentioned in the note of AEE, please. </span></p> |
