Sir, the point wise reply is as under:
1. The lease deed is attached alongwith.
2. The unit has earlier granted consent to operate for crusher & screening-cum-washing with value of CA was Rs. 27.75 lakhs. However, during previous consent granted, the machinery of crusher was under maintenance due to which consent was granted only for screening plant. Now, the crusher and screening plant are both in operational stage and there is no addition in machinery for crusher and screening plant. So, I request you to kindly grant consent to operate for crusher & screening-cum-washing plant.
3. I have deposited Rs. 7316/- vide DD no. 418331 dated 29.11.2022 as sampling fee in your office.
4. The undertaking regarding code of practice is attached alongwith. |
