<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The NOC is being issued on basis of undertaking submitted by the project proponent for revised proposal to carry out construction activity having built up area not beyond 20,000 sq mtr.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The project proponent shall submit building plans approved from competent authority within 2 months for its revised proposal to carry out construction activity having built up area <20,000 sq mtr.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0.75in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The project proponent shall not carry out any activity in its premises, which is covered under the ambit of EIA notification dated 14/09/2006.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Symbol; color: #5d5d5d;">·<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">Now, the PP has applied for obtaining consents to operate of the Board under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for Commercial Showrooms/shops @ 79 Numbers/Day.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Symbol; color: #5d5d5d;">·<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The PP has submitted copy of revised feasibility report in which they revealed that total generation of domestic effluent @ 13 KLD, which will be Reused in flushing 8 KLD and 5 KLD used for road washing and plantation along the boundary/road side.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;"> 1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The project proponent will construct compost pits for the wet waste to be generated from its complex, within a month.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;"> 2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The project proponent will operate its ETP regularly and scientifically and shall ensure to maintain proper record of the effluent generated/treated.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;"> 3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The project proponent will ensure to utilize the treated effluent onto land for plantation and for re-use through dual plumber system.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;"> 4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The project proponent will ensure to keep its built up area <20,000 sq. meter and will be bound to obtain prior environmental clearance, if at any time its built up area increases beyond 20,000 sq. meter.</span></p>
