<p style="text-align: justify;">Earlier, the industry was a scattered dyeing unit and the industry has shifted its unit to compatible area of CETP after obtaining consent to establish / NOC under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2020/12134391 dated 24/03/2020, valid upto 23/03/2021 for the discharge of trade effluent @ 120.0 KLD into sewer after treatment through ETP domestic effluent @ 2.5 KLD into sewer.</p>
