<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the industry has not submitted latest CA certificate with its application. Moreover, the industry has not filled details at column no. 7 of (Part-C), regarding generation of domestic effluent and trade effluent, which needs to be filled by industry.</span></p>
