<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The hospital has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the hospital has not submitted approved building plan from competent authority. Moreover, the hospital has not filled details w.r.t total land and built up area of the hospital in its application form. Furthermore, the hospital has not filled details w.r.t. trade effluent and its treatment in its application form, which needs to be filled by hospital.</span></p>
