<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The HCF has not submitted compliance report of the previous granted consent under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 annotated form with stamp and signature. Moreover, the hospital was earlier granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with special condition that the hospital shall submit building plan approved from M.C Jalandhar before 31.03.2022 but the hospital has not submitted the same.</span></p>
