| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit has not filled the application form properly and has not mentioned the machinery for which the consent is being sought i.e. Stone Crusher or Screening-cum-Washing Plant.
2. The unit has not submitted sample analysis report for ambient air sampling from NABL/ Board approved laboratory.
3. The unit has applied in the name of Tajinder Kaur (Owner) whereas earlier, the consent was issued in the name of Sh. Kulwinder Singh (Partner). However the unit has not attached any document to validate the above change of proprietorship.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 3 days so that the application can be processed further.
