The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit has not submitted sample analysis report for ambient air sampling from NABL/ Board approved laboratory.
2. The unit has not submitted proofs regarding obtaining raw material through legal sources duly verified by the Department of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 2 days so that the application can be processed further.
