1. The unit has not submitted proofs regarding obtaining raw material through legal sources duly verified by the Department of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar.
2. The unit has not submitted consent to operate fees under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 2 days so that the application can be processed further.
