CTOA/Renewal/FGS/2022/17600479dated 11/04/2022 valid upto 10/10/2022 for manufacturing of Billets/Steel Ingots @ 540 Metric Tons/Day or HR Coils/Bars/Rounds/Flats (Rolling Mill Section) @ 540 Metric Tons/Day or ERW Pipes (Pipe Plant Section) @ 540 Metric Tons/Day with suitable and following special conditions mentioned therein:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was given personal hearing by CEE of the Board on 31/03/2022 and it was decided as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo4; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 76.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">c.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall complete the corporate Environment Responsibilities activities mentioned in the Environmental Clearance with 3 months.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has now applied for renewal for 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has already deposited consent fee of Rs. 135000/- vide UTR No. SAA47350575 dated 31/08/2017 & Rs. 250700/- vide UTR no. ORBCR52020061000002184 dated 10/06/2020 & Rs. 78000/- vide UTR NO. ORBCH20310371423 dated 5/11/2020 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 135000/- vide UTR No. SAA47350578 dated 31/08/2017 & Rs. 251200/- vide UTR no. ORBCR52020061000002177 dated 10/06/2020 & Rs. 78000/- vide UTR NO. ORBCH20310371425 dated 5/11/2020 under the Air Act, 1981. Now the industry has deposited against the un-depreciated of fixed assets of Rs. 6170.12 Laces as on 30/11/2021 as per CA Certificate dated 04/11/2020. The consent fee after deducting 10% penalty fee is adequate upto 24/03/2027.<span style="color: red;"> </span>The industry has submitted NOC regularization fee Rs. 18000/- against in the cost of fixed assets by Rs.5.02 core which is adequate. The industry has given details of additions in the cost of fixed assets </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has submitted following undertaking:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> ”I Ashish Singla S/o Sh. Narain Singla R/o House No. 379, near Narain and company, Sector 3 C, Mandi Gobindgarh Director of M/s R.P Multimaetals Pvt. Ltd. Village Salani, Amloh Road Mandi Gobindgarh is hereby giving an undertaking that, there will be no increased in our production capacity as well as pollution load after increased in the fixed assets during the period. Moreover there has no increase in our building & Shed during the period. We have purchased the land located at Ludhiana the asset part of this unit shown in the certificate. We have not added any additional land in this that land is separate land from this unit.”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has obtained certificate from PSCST Chandigarh, vide no. 457 dated 27/09/2022 in which it is mentioned that <em>Certified that M/s R.P. Multimetals Pvt. Ltd., Amloh Road, Village Salani, Mandi Gobindgarh has installed common Air Pollution Control Device of adequate capacity with their three Induction Furnaces each having melting capacity as 15 T/heat. Further, the industry is advised to follow Standard Operating procedures (Copy enclosed) as laid down by Punjab Pollution Control Board to achieve the prescribed emission norms. This supersedes the earlier completion certificate issued vide our letter no. PSCST/ CC/1009 dated 17.02.2020(SPL No. IND/2021-22/72</em>).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has submitted completion certificate issued by M/s Evapo Tech Technical Service & Consultants Patiala that 4 no. of AAQMS( Ambient Air Quality Monitoring System) installed by M/s Evapo Tech Pvt. Ltd, at M/s RP Multimetal Pvt. Ltd. village Salani, Amloh Road Mandi Gobindgarh Punjab are complete in all aspects and will achieve the monitoring efficiency specified by Punjab Pollution Control Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has submitted expense details carried out under Corporate Environment Responsibility according to which Rs. 16.7 lakhs have been spent on various activities (Copy Attached). The government High School village Salani, Village Dhadhari Fatehgarh Sahib has sent there acknowledgement letters for the same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 40.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted six monthly compliance reports of EC conditions for the period upto 31/03/2022 prepared by Eco Paryavaran Laboratories and Consultants Private Limited. As a part of the report the industry has also submitted, Ground Water analysis repot carried out on 17/05/2022 according to which the concentration of TDS, Calcium, Total Alkalinity and Total hardness is beyond acceptable limits which may be due to Geogenic reasons. The industry has submitted STP samples, which are within permissible limits as prescribed by the Board for such discharge onto land for plantation, Soil samples from the park near the main gate, ambient air quality on four different locations, noise level monitoring, Dg set monitoring and the analysis results reveal that various parameters are within permissible limits. The industry has also got its stack monitoring sample done on 17/05/2022 and concentration of PM is found to be 34 mg/Nm<sup>3</sup> which is within permissible limits. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 4.5pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The domestic effluent samples from the inlet and outlet of STP were carried out by Boards lab on 11/07/2022 and the analysis results are reproduced below:</span></p>
