<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The industry has submitted that APCD is working regularly and used regularly which is contradictory to the visit of the undersigned. The industry has not admitted the said fact. The industry has submitted that the Hazardous waste generated is very low, however, the same is not generated as the APCD is not being operated. The industry has not submitted any amendment made for the treatment of domestic effluent and records regarding APCD/Hazardous waste.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The applicant has failed to give the reason for the non-operation of APCD and other violations observed in past.</p>
