<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that PP has applied for a fresh CTO under the Air Act. 1981.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> It is intimated that RO reported that construction work is in progress but PP has not obtained the valid EC, PP does not comply with conditions of previously granted EC as well as CTE conditions, and PP has not submitted detail of CSR activity. Therefore SCN for refusal of consent to operate applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 along with an opportunity to submit the reply within 7 days issued to the PP vide Board's letter no. 7076-77 dated 18/11/2022.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">PP has submitted the reply w.r.t SCN. RO has reported that PP is not fully complying.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">It is intimated that PP has obtained valid </span><span style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">EC. PP does comply the provision with Air Act,1981a</span><span style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">s per reply submitted by it.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">1)</span><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">The PP shall install the smog gun in the present with immidate effect.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">2) The promoter company shall not consume any fuel except HSD for DG set, for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</p>
