<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">"</span><strong><em><span lang="PA" style="font-family: 'Raavi','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਕਾਉਂਸਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਡਿਜਾਇਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ 2 ਫੈਕਟਰੀਆਂ ਮੈਸ. ਹਿੰਦ ਕਾਸਟਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਸ. ਹਿੰਦ ਫੌਂਡਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਨਸੈਂਟ ਗਰਾਂਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ । ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਲ਼ੋਂ ਐਸ. ਡੀ.ਓ. ਸਾਹਬ ਨਾਲ ਟੈਲੀਫੋਨ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਤ ਲੈਬੋਰਟਰੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੋਰਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਲੈਬੋਰਟਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ । ਮੈਂ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਲੈਬੋਰਟਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਫੈਕਟਰੀ ਦੇ ਸੈਂਪਲ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਕੰਨਸੈਂਟ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸ ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਮੰਜੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ । ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ।</span></em></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">"</span></p>

In order to avoid pendency, it is recommended that it may be granted 'consent to operate' under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2027 with special condition that the industry shall submit stack emission analysis report from Board lab within 1 month. </span></p> |
