CTOW/Varied/LDHKH/2022/16764595 dated 06/01/2022 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/LDHKH/2022/16764686 dated 06/01/2022, both valid upto 30/06/2022 for the manufacturing of Plywood/ Black board flush door @ 63000 Sqm/day with certain conditions. Point wise compliance of special conditions is as under:</span></p>

In case it is found so strict action under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 shall be taken.</span></p>

As per the representative, there is no need to wash glue kettle and therefore there is no generation of sludge till date. </span></strong></p>
