After perusal the reply submitted by the project proponent, it is observed that the project proponent has given representation that the GMADA authority has already given allotment work for installation of 02 new STP of capacity 5 MLD & 10 MLD in Mohali which will be completed till 31/03/2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">However, the project proponent has already given undertaking that they will use the treated effluent for flushing purpose within the complex and excess treated effluent shall be utilized for construction activity of other project in Mohali until MC, STP installation not completed. Therefore, the reply submitted by the project proponent is found satisfactory.</span></p>
