<p>Discussed, it is submitted that the earlier consent under the said act was valid upto 30.09.2017 and fee deposited by the project proponent,has been mentioned in the agenda note as valid upto 31.3.2024 which has been re calculated by the under signed for small scale orange category for value 1.97Cr and it comes out to be valid upto 30.06.2025 after deducting penalty of 500% for late application and considering the validity of fee deposited earlier upto 30.09.2021.</p>
<p>In view of above may if approved conset may be granted to the project proponent upto the validity of fee deposited i.e. upto 30.06.2025 with suitable conditions please.</p>
