Further, the industry has not obtained any CTE for its expansion from 120 KLD onwards and has now applied for CTO under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for increased discharge and production by trading of shares after 22.07.2022 and as such cannot be decided at this stage. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As such, it is recommended that the present application be refused and separate hearing be given to the industry before the Competent Authority, please. </p> |
