The industry has made compliance of the decisions of hearing held before CEE of the Board on 31/03/2022, as detailed in agenda note. In addition to point no. 11 of the visit report, it is informed that industry has possession of land adjoining to it, but the plantation has yet not been developed properly, for which the industry has sought two months time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">It is therefore recommended that validity of consents be renewed upto 30/09/2023 subject to special conditions mentioned in the note of AEE.</span></p>
