CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/19547317 dated 08/09/2022, having validity upto 31/12/2022 for manufacturing of Cold Storage (Multi commodity &amp; Multi chamber) @ 6313 MTD as products, subject to certain conditions mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm .2pt 6.0pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Cold Storage (Multi commodity &amp; Multi chamber) @ 6313 MTD and Warehouse (Multi Product) @ 5000 MTD </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 94.5333px;">as products</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: 70.9pt;">, along with requisite document. </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 10.5pt; text-indent: 70.9pt;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm .2pt 6.0pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has deposited Rs. 120000/- vide UTR R. no. 287116916 dated 19.11.2022 under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 120000 /- vide UTR R. no. 207844963 dated 19.11.2022 under the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027 for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 1719.75 Lacs on 15.10.2022.</span></p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm .2pt 6.0pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The project proponent has submitted its site plan approved by Chief Town Planner (Housing and Urban Development), Chandigarh vide no. 876CTP(Pb)/SC-122 dated 25/02/2020; issued in the name of M/s Naresh Kumar Juneja &amp; others at village Khaspur, Banur. It has been mentioned in the site plan that the total builtup area on all floors the project shall be 74191.23 sqm and the achieved FAR is 1:0.5364. </span></p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm .2pt 6.0pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">While securitized the application of the project proponent it was observed that as per the application form, total cost of project is Rs. 1713.03 lakhs and cost of p&amp;m is 729.24 lakhs. However, as per the CA certificate, total value of project is Rs. 1719.7 lakhs and cost of p&amp;m is Rs. 669.76 lakhs. As such, there is difference in the details mentioned in CA certificate and data filled in application form. Accordingly, a clarification was raised on the online application on 22.11.2022, the project proponent wide its reply dated 24.11.2022 has replied as under:]</span></p> <p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 28.55pt 6.0pt 70.9pt;"><em><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">It is submitted as under: 1. The total value of project is Rs.1719.7 lacs and cost of Plant &amp; Machinery is Rs. 669.76 lakhs as on 15.10.2022 but the same is not editable in the application form. 2.
