CTOW/Renewal/FDK/2018/7448216 & CTOA/Renewal/FDK/2018/7448335 dated 04.05.2018 for production of CI Casting @ 300 Kg/heat or 90 Ton/month valid for a period upto 30.09.2022, respectively with suitable conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981, detail of case is as under:</span></p>

The industry has deposited consent fee of Rs. 49,200/- vide UTR / Ref. No. N259222122956637 dated 16.09.2022 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 49,200/- vide UTR / Ref. No. N259222122939937 dated 16.09.2022 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.06.2028 under both the Acts. Further, the industry has also deposited NOC regularization fee of Rs. 5600/- vide UTR / Ref. No. N259222122957240 dated 16.09.2022, which is adequate.</span></p>
