<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that P.P. has obtained CTE for a commercial 63 plots in an area of 14932 Sqm.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previously P.P. applied for CTO under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for 63 plots, both were refused as P.P. had not made the scientific adequate mode of disposal.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Now, P.P. has applied partially CTO under the Air Act, of 1981 for 35 plots.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">R.O. has reported that construction is in progress, with no occupancy, and no commercial showroom completed till date, P.P has installed STP, no sewer is available in the area, and P.P. has provided fresh plantation of Karnal Technology. R.O. has also reported that the project proponent has developed an adequate plantation area in consonance with the partial consent applied for the discharge of treated effluent for plantation @ 14.5 KLD and for reuse for flushing purposes @ 15 KLD (Total 29.5 KLD).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> If approved, CTO applied under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for two years with the special condition proposed by E.E, Regional Office and additional conditions may also be imposed that:</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1. The promoter company shall ensure that the total built-up area of construction being carried out by it or any different builders may not be greater than 20,000 sqm, otherwise, the project as such is covered under category 8(a) of the schedule appended to the EIA notification and project proponent of the building and construction project is required to obtain the environmental clearance, failure which, the promoter company/builder shall be liable for action for the violation of EIA notification dated14/09/2006.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2. The promoter company shall ensure that the total built-up area of all individual projects/plots combined together is not more than 1,50,000 sqm, otherwise, the project as such is covered under category 8(b) of the schedule appended to the EIA notification and project proponent of the area development project is required to obtain the environmental clearance, failure which, the promoter company shall be liable for action for the violation of EIA notification dated14/09/2006.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3) The project proponent shall install the smog gun in the present with immediate effect.</span></p>
