It is intimated PP has applied for renewal CTO under Water Act,1974. RO has reported that the hotel does comply with the provision of the Water Act, 1974. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved renewal CTO under the Water Act,1974 applied by PP may be granted up to 30.06.2023 with special conditions as proposed by EE, RO.</span></p>
