It is intimated PP has applied for renewal CTO under Air Act,1981. RO has reported that the hotel does comply with the provision of the Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved renewal CTO under the Air Act,1981 applied by PP may be granted up to 30.06.2023 with special conditions as proposed by EE, RO.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the hotel verify and verify compliance with environmental law and send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
