CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2021/16356073 & CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2021/16356080 dated 09.09.2021 each, valid upto 08.09.2022 & 30.06.2025 respectively for Dyeing of acrylic Yarn on job basis @ 3000 Kgs/day with discharge of trade effluent @ 240 KLD into sewer after ETP & domestic effluent @ 3.0 KLD into sewer after septic tank alongwith one boiler of 08 TPH & one DG set of 180 KVA subject to conditions mentioned therein.<span style="color: red;"> </span></span></p>

No. AXSK201640018523 dated 12.06.2020, which is adequate upto 31.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974 after deducting of Rs. 1440/- as penalty & Rs. 27000/- vide UTR. No. AXSK201640018480 dated 12.06.2020, which is adequate upto 31.10.2023 under Air Act, 1981. </span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has installed 22 cabinet dyeing machines (06X90kgs, 16X60kgs) for dyeing of polyester yarn. </span></li>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The study on effluent generation has been done by the Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College (GNE) and as per report it has total effluent generation as 672 KLD from its total 22 cabinet machines (60 kg x 20, 120 Kg x 2). However, the industry has granted 520 KLD shares on 22.07.2022 of CETP, hence the discharge of the industry is 152 KLD more than the share allotted to it. Hence around 23% machinery of the industry was required to be sealed i.e. 02 cabinet machine of 120 Kg and 02 cabinet machine of 60 kg, which was sealed on 18.10.2022 as per directions of the Competent Authority of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry is connected with the conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana for discharge its effluent. The industry has provided the flow meter at its final outlet leading to CETP. The industry was also advised to provide the flow meter at inlet water supply.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has installed one boiler of capacity 08 TPH with cyclone as APCD in which rice husk was being used as fuel and adequate stack has been provided.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has also installed one DG sets of capacity 180 KVA with canopy and adequate height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Further, some units have made the complaint regarding in judicial allotment of the shares by the PDA, Tajpur Road, Ludhiana, which is under process at Board and at Govt. Level. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 512.6pt; margin: 0in 4.7pt 6.0pt 8.1pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Till the finalization of the allotment of the shares of CETP 50 MLD, </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">it is recommended that:</span></p>
