<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of renewal of CTO under the Water Act, 1974 alongwith an opportunity to submit reply within 7-days has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 7319-20 dated 30/11/2022 <strong>(</strong></span><strong><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">copy attached). It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry through special messenger and send the receipt of the same. It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry w.r.t. notice as well as give comments on the mode of<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>disposal during the visit as washing was operation as per the report, point-wise comments on special conditions mentioned in the consent and send fresh recommendations so as to enable his office to decide the application.</span></strong></p> |
