<p>R/sir, the application of the industry was scrutinized and while its scrutiny, it was observed that it has taken land on lease dated 26.12.2017 for 20 years. However, during processing the case and while throughly examining the lease deed, it has observed that its date of validation is mentioned as 30.10.2018. As such, the lease deed is not valid for usage of land for operation of brick kiln.</p>
<p>In view of above, the application of the industry for obtaining CTO could not be considered and may be returned due to above mentioned facts, with the request to re-submit the same with relevant and correct documents.</p> |
