<p>R/sir, the application of the industry was scrutinized and while its scrutiny, it was observed that it has taken land on lease dated 06.05.2019 valid upto 14.09.2034 for Rs. 3,03,000 per year.</p>
<p>However, during processing the case and while throughly examining the documents, it has observed that the industry has mentioned the 'Land' of value Rs. 60,000/- in its CA certificate dated 14.11.2022, which is contradictory to the lease document submitted by it. Also the industry has not mentioned the value of 'Building' in its CA certificate, as the industry has mentioned the value of building in old CA certificate with previous approved application. </p>
<p>In view of above, the application of the industry for obtaining CTO could not be considered and may be returned due to above mentioned facts, with the request to re-submit the same with correct documents and information.</p> |
