<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the above report of AEE, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed for upto 30.06.2023, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed in the note of AEE. Further matter may be taken up with Thappar University, Patiala for obtaining water audit report of the industry, so that its recommendations may be implemented by the unit, please.</p> |
