After scrutinized the application,it was observed the following shortcomings are as under:
1. The PP has not submitted any CA certificate..
2. The PP has not submitted any consent fee..
3. The PP has not submitted last half yearly compliance report of EVC condition and also not submitted any detail of expenditure of funds under CSR activities till date..
4. The PP has not applied for partial consent to operate under Air Act,1981..
It is therefore requested to submit the compliance of above observation within 5 days positively.. |
